What are Rhythmic Activities? Rhythmic activities are movements performed in time with music or a beat. They help develop coordination, timing, and physical fitness.

Types of Rhythmic Activities

  1. Marching – Walking with regular steps in time to music

  1. Galloping – Running with long steps like a horse
  2. Hopping – Jumping on one foot

  1. Skipping – Step-hop movements
  2. Singing – Making musical sounds with rhythm
  3. Dancing – Moving the body in patterns to music
