How We Use Water Every Day

Water is very important in our daily life. We use it for many different things at home, school, and everywhere.

Uses of Water at Home

For Our Body:

• Drinking when we are thirsty
• Brushing our teeth in the morning and night
• Taking our bath to keep clean
• Washing our hands before eating

For Cleaning:

• Washing our clothes to make them clean
• Cleaning plates and cups after eating
• Mopping the floor
• Washing fruits and vegetables

For Cooking:

• Making rice and beans
• Cooking soup and stew
• Making tea and other drinks
• Boiling food to make it soft

Uses of Water at School

In the Classroom:

• Drinking water when we are thirsty
