What is Technology?
Technology means tools and machines that help make our work easier.
Forms of Technology
Technology can be:
- Simple – like a spoon or hammer
- Advanced – like computers and phones
Examples of Underdeveloped Technology
These are simple, old tools people used long ago:
- Stone tools – for cutting and hunting

- Clay pots – for storing water and food

- Wooden wheels – for moving heavy things

- Fire – for cooking and light

- Simple farming tools – hoe, cutlass

Characteristics of Underdeveloped Technology
- Made from natural materials (wood, stone, clay)
- Simple to use
- Slow compared to modern tools
- Manual work – uses human power
- Basic functions only
