What is Light Energy?
Light energy is the brightness that helps us see things. Without light, everything would be dark.
Where Light Comes From
Natural Sources:
- Sun – biggest source of light

- Moon – reflects sun’s light

Stars – twinkle in the sky

- Fire – flames give light

Man-made Sources:
- Electric bulb

- Torch light

- Candle

- Phone flashlight

Uses of Light Energy
- Helps us see during the day
- Read books and write
- Cook food safely
- Take photographs
- Grow plants (they need sunlight)
