LESSON CONTENT
What is an Extended Family?
An Extended Family is a big family.
It has more people than a nuclear family.
Members of an Extended Family:
Nuclear family members:
- Father (Daddy)
- Mother (Mummy)
- Children
Plus other relatives:
- Grandfather (Grandpa)
- Grandmother (Grandma)
- Uncle
- Aunty
- Cousins
- Brothers and Sisters of parents
All these people together make an EXTENDED FAMILY.
Remember:
- Nuclear family = Small family (Father + Mother + Children)
- Extended family = Big family (Father + Mother + Children + Other relatives)
