• Name places of interest to respect
• Show proper behavior in these places

LESSON CONTENT

More Places to Respect

There are other special places we must respect.

These places are important to many people.

Religious Places to Respect:

1. CHURCH

• Holy place where Christians pray
• People go there to worship God
• We should be very quiet and respectful

2. MOSQUE

• Holy place where Muslims pray
• People go there to worship Allah
• We should remove shoes and be quiet

Places of Interest to Respect:

3. NATIONAL MUSEUM

• Place where old and important things are kept
• We can see Nigeria’s history there
• We look but don’t touch anything

4. AMUSEMENT PARK

• Fun place where children and families play
• Has swings, slides and games
• We follow rules and don’t litter

5. NATIONAL ARTS THEATRE

• Special building where people perform
• People sing, dance and act there
• We sit quietly and watch

How to Behave in These Places:

In Church and Mosque:

• Be very quiet
• Sit properly
• Don’t run or play
• Respect people praying

In Museums and Theatres:

• Don’t touch displays
• Listen to guides
• Walk slowly
• Be quiet

In Amusement Parks:

• Follow safety rules
• Wait your turn
• Don’t throw rubbish
• Be kind to others
