What are Morals?

Morals are ways of doing the right thing.

Morals help us to be good people and make good choices.

They teach us how to behave properly in our society.

What Good Morals Do:

1. Help Us Know Right from Wrong

• Show us good behavior
• Tell us what we should do
• Help us make good decisions

2. Make Us Better People

• People will like us more
• We become trustworthy
• We feel good about ourselves

3. Make Our Society Better

• Everyone lives peacefully
• People help each other
• Our community becomes a nice place

Examples of People with Good Morals:

• A child who tells the truth
• A person who helps others
• Someone who is kind to everyone
• A student who obeys teachers

Examples of People with Bad Morals:

• A child who tells lies
• A person who hurts others
• Someone who is mean and rude
• A student who disobeys teachers

Remember:

Good morals make us good citizens who help build a better society.
