CONTENT OF THE LESSON
LESSON 1 – INTRODUCTION
The various parts of the human body are important and must be taken care of daily and regularly to avoid getting dirt on them and to avoid many part of properly germs and diseases a portion in our body parts are hair, skin, nail, teeth, ears, mouth, nose, and eyes.
Taking care of our body helps us to live a healthy life, makes other people to be close to us. Specifically, if we clean our bodies very well, we will be free from germs and diseases, and cleanliness gives us a cheerful look.
Parents take care of their children’s bodies by making sure that children have everything they need to grow and maintain good health.
As kids get older and become more choosy, they take their sense of the responsibility for taking care of their bodies, and they learn that bodies need several different kinds of care to grow well.
CARE OF THE BODY
1. HAIR
Hair just as the fingers that grow in areas on your head and other parts of the body.
Taking care of your hair means:
- Comb regularly
- Trim from time to time
- Keep dry and clean
- Use appropriate hair cream
- Protect or covered in the care of a girl
2. SKIN
The human skin is the outer covering of the body.
Taking care of your skin means:
- Protect yourself from the sun
- Use an appropriate skin cream
- Keep your skin gently
- Eat a healthy diet
3. EYE
Your eyes are an important part of your health. Most people rely on their eyes to see and make sense of the world around them.
There are things you can do to help keep your eyes healthy and make sure you are seeing your best:
- Avoid direct sunlight
- Use protective glasses
- Do not read in dim light
- Clean your eyes
- Eating eye-healthy foods
LESSON 2 – EARS, NOSE, MOUTH, AND TEETH
4. EARS
We use our ears for hearing and distant sounds.
Ears do not only let us hear but they also play a role in maintaining our balance.
Taking care of your ears means:
- Don’t insert small objects into your ears
- Wipe the outside with a towel
- Do not put hand inside after swimming or bathing
- Pay attention to any hearing changes that occur with the use of certain medications
- Do not let soap get inside the ear directly if you notice sudden loss or, noise in the hearing. Inform an adult
5. NOSE
You breathe in and out through the nostrils. When you need to clean your nose, you should use tissue paper or a clean handkerchief.
You may also rinse better nostrils when it is wet, wet the handkerchief and clean.
6. MOUTH AND TEETH
Healthy teeth and gums make it easy for you to eat well and enjoy good food. Several problems can affect the health of your mouth, but good care keeps your teeth and gums strong as you age.
