Being Physically Fit
A fit person is strong, healthy and can play for a long time without getting very tired.
How to Stay Fit
- Exercise – running, jumping, playing

- Eat good food – fruits, vegetables

                
- Rest well – sleep 8-10 hours
- Drink water – stay hydrated
- Play sports – football, dancing


Benefits of Being Fit
- Strong muscles and bones
- Happy feelings
- Can play longer with friends
- Get sick less often
- Sleep better
Exercise 3:Â Fitness Test! Try these and tick if you can do them:
â–¡ Hop on one foot 10 times
â–¡ Do 5 sit-ups
â–¡ Run around the class without stopping
â–¡ Stand on one leg for 10 seconds
â–¡ Do 10 star jumps
