What is Physical Fitness?
Being physically fit means your body is strong, healthy and can do activities without getting tired quickly.
Ways to Stay Fit
- Exercise – running, jumping, playing

- Eat good food – fruits, vegetables

                
- Rest well – sleep 8-10 hours
- Drink water – stay hydrated
- Play sports – football, dancing

Signs You Are Fit
- Can run without getting tired fast
- Strong muscles
- Feel happy and energetic
- Sleep well at night
Exercise 3:Â Fitness Challenge! Do these for 30 seconds each:
- Jump on the spot
- Touch your toes
- Arm circles
- Walking in place
How do you feel? Circle: Tired / Good / Very energetic
HOME PRACTICE
- Do 10 jumping jacks before school each day
