• It is brown, black or red in color
• Plants grow in soil
• We use soil to plant flowers and crops

Things We Find in Soil:

• Small stones
• Dead leaves
• Water
• Air
• Small animals like worms
• Roots of plants

Uses of Soil:

• Plants grow in soil
• We use soil to make pots
• Farmers plant crops in soil
