Introduction:
Good morning children! Look around our classroom. Do you see different colours? Today we will learn to name the colours of things we see.

Red Objects:
- Apple

- Rose flower

- Fire truck

- Tomato

- Strawberry

Blue Objects:
- Sky

- Water in the sea

- School uniform (some schools)
- Ballpoint pen

- Jeans
Yellow Objects:
- Sun

- Banana

- Maize (corn)

- School bus
- Lemon

Green Objects:
- Leaves on trees
- Grass
- Cucumber
- Frog
- Traffic light (go)
White Objects:
- Milk
- Paper
- Clouds
- Salt
- Teeth
Black Objects:
- Night sky
- Coal
- Blackboard
- Ant
- Some cars
Class Activity:
Teacher shows real objects or pictures. Children take turns saying the colour of each object.
Evaluation Questions:
- What colour is an apple?
- Name something that is yellow
- What colour is grass?
- What colour is milk?
- Point to something red in the classroom
