How to Form Adjectives from Nouns:
Common Suffixes:
- -ous: courage → courageous, danger → dangerous
- -ic: tragedy → tragic, hero → heroic
- -y: storm → stormy, rain → rainy
- -ful: care → careful, hope → hopeful
- -less: fear → fearless, care → careless
- -al: nation → national, music → musical
