Topic: Writing: Composition About “What I Do Everyday”

Write 10-12 sentences about your daily activities using present perfect and past perfect tense.

Plan your composition:

  • Morning routine: What you have done every morning (3-4 sentences)
  • School time: Activities at school (3-4 sentences)
  • Evening activities: What you do after school (3-4 sentences)
  • Conclusion: How your routine has helped you (2 sentences)

Use both tenses:

  • Present Perfect: I have woken up, I have done, We have studied
  • Past Perfect: I had finished, I had eaten, We had completed

Think about:

  • What time have you woken up regularly?
  • What had you done before leaving for school?
  • What activities have you done at school?
  • What have you done after school every day?
  • How has your routine helped you?

Include these daily activities:

  • wake up, brush teeth, eat breakfast
  • walk to school, study, play
  • do homework, help at home, sleep

Helpful words: always, every day, since, before, after, regularly, usually, consistently
