Introduction:

Today we will remember all the important safety rules we have learned in our PHE lessons. Let us see how much you remember!

Lesson Content:

Safety Rules in Football Games:

• Wear proper sports shoes
• Play in safe areas away from roads
• Do not push or kick other players
• Listen to your teacher or coach
• Drink water when thirsty
• Rest when you are tired

Safety Rules in Swimming:

• Never swim without an adult watching
• Stay in shallow water
• Wear arm bands or life jacket when learning
• Do not run around the pool
• Call for help if you need it
• Get out of water if you feel tired

General Sports Safety:

• Always warm up before playing
• Play fair and be kind to others
• Use proper equipment
• Follow all game rules
• Tell teacher if you get hurt
• Stop playing if you feel unwell

Class Activities:

2. Action Practice: Children demonstrate safe ways to kick a ball
