What is a Bad Leader?

A bad leader negatively impacts team performance and morale through inappropriate behaviors, poor communication, and lack of emotional intelligence. They fail to guide their team effectively toward common goals.

2. Poor communication – Creates confusion and misunderstandings

3. Lack of empathy – Ignores team members’ feelings and perspectives

4. Fear-based leadership – Uses intimidation and threats
