• Tell what happens when we disobey rules
• Name bad results of breaking rules
• Choose to obey rules to avoid problems

LESSON CONTENT

What Happens When We Disobey Rules?

When we disobey rules and break regulations, bad things happen to us.

These bad things are called results or consequences.

Results of Disobeying Rules and Regulations:

1. UNHAPPINESS

• We feel sad and worried
• Our parents become unhappy
• Teachers are disappointed in us
• Our family feels ashamed of us

2. PUNISHMENT

• Parents scold us or spank us
• Teachers punish us in school
• We get extra work to do
• We are sent to stand in the corner

3. DENIAL OF PRIVILEGES

• No playing time or games
• No watching TV or cartoons
• No going out to play with friends
• No special treats or snacks
• No pocket money

4. REJECTION BY LOVED ONES

• Parents are angry with us
• Friends don’t want to play with us
• Teachers ignore us in class
• Family members are disappointed
• People lose trust in us

5. OTHER BAD RESULTS

• We get into trouble
• We become bad examples
• We hurt other people
• We don’t learn good behavior
• We become known as bad children

Examples of What We Lose:

• Missing fun activities
• Losing toys and privileges
• Being left out of family trips
• Not getting praise or rewards
• People talking badly about us

Remember: It is always better to OBEY rules than to face these bad results!
