PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, the pupils should have attained the following objectives (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) and should be able to 

1. Identification and reading of numbers 1-70. 
2. Writing of numbers 1-70. 

ENTRY BEHAVIOR Counting 

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: The teacher will teach the lesson with the aid of: flash cards of numbers, etc. 

METHOD OF TEACHING – Choose a suitable and appropriate method for the lessons.

Pupil’s Activities – Writing Numbers up to 70 Pupil’s Assignments – Get bottle top up to 70 

PRESENTATION To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps: 

1. To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions; 
2. Uses the teaching resources to assist pupils identify and read the numbers 1-70. Pupil’s Activities – Read numbers 1- 70 
3. Guides pupils to write numbers 1- 70. 

CONCLUSION: To conclude the lesson for the week, the teacher revises the entire lesson and links it to the following week’s lesson.
