What is Computer Anti-virus 

Computer Anti-Virus are programs specifically designed to detect, protect, and remove Computer viruses from the computer system. The main function of an antivirus is to scan, detect, prevent, and remove any existential threat to the computer system. 

An antivirus product is a program designed to detect and remove viruses and other kinds of malicious software from your computer or laptop. 

Malicious software – known as malware – is code that can harm your computers and laptops, and the data on them. 

Preventive measures against Computer Virus 

1. Install antivirus 
2. Use secured OS 
3. Avoid packages from unknown sources. 
4. Always backup your files. 
5. Download from secured sites. Etc.
