Meaning of internet

The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use standard Internet protocol suits to serve billions of users worldwide. The Internet came from two words (Interconnection and Network).

Advantages Of Internet 

•             Communication: We can communicate in a second with a person who is sitting in another part of the world via the Internet such as e-mail to establish a global friendship, and share thoughts.
•             Information: Information is the biggest advantage of the internet. Any kind of information on any topic is available on the internet. There is a huge amount of information available on the internet for every subject known to man use search engines such as Google and Yahoo.
•             Entertainment: Through the Internet, we can download games, and visit chat rooms. Chat rooms are popular because users can meet new and interesting people. Music, hobbies, news, and more can be found and shared on the internet.
•             Services: Many services are now provided on the Internet such as online banking, job seeking, and purchasing tickets through the Internet.
•             E-commerce:  Through the Internet, business activities (buying and selling) and other business-related information can be transferred across the globe via the Internet.

 Disadvantages Of Internet

•             Computer virus
•             Pornography 
•             It wastes a lot of time
•             High rate of crime (cybercrime)
