What is Governance?

Governance is how leaders manage and control a country, state, or organization. It’s like how your parents manage your home or how your principal manages your school.

Simple Examples of Governance

  • At Home: Parents make rules and decisions
  • At School: Principal and teachers manage the school
  • In Class: Class prefect helps teacher maintain order
  • In Country: Government leaders make decisions for all

What is Good Governance?

Good governance means leading and managing in the RIGHT way. It’s when leaders do their work well and fairly for everyone.
