The Beautiful Names
- Al-Qahhär (القهار)
- Meaning: The Subduer, The Dominant
- What it means: Allah has power over everything and everyone
- How it affects us: We should obey Allah because He is the most powerful
- Al-Wahhäb (الوهاب)
- Meaning: The Bestower, The Giver of Gifts
- What it means: Allah gives us everything we have without asking for anything back
- How it affects us: We should thank Allah for our food, family, health, and toys
- Al-Fattäh (الفتاح)
- Meaning: The Opener, The Judge
- What it means: Allah opens doors of good things for us and solves our problems
- How it affects us: When we have problems, we should ask Allah to help us
- Ar-Razzäq (الرزاق)
- Meaning: The Provider, The Enricher
- What it means: Allah gives us all the food and things we need to live
- How it affects us: We should not worry about food or clothes because Allah provides for us
- Al-Alīm (العليم)
- Meaning: The All-Knowing
- What it means: Allah knows everything – what we do, think, and feel
- How it affects us: We should always try to do good because Allah sees everything
How These Names Affect Our Daily Life
When we are hungry: Remember Ar-Razzäq provides our food
When we have problems: Remember Al-Fattäh can solve them
When we get gifts: Remember Al-Wahhäb gave them to us
When we want to do wrong: Remember Al-Alīm knows everything
When we feel weak: Remember Al-Qahhär is protecting us
What We Learned
- Allah has beautiful names that show His perfect qualities
- These names teach us how Allah takes care of us
- We should remember these names when we pray
- These names help us trust Allah in all situations
