These are special things that show we belong to Nigeria and make us proud Nigerians.

National Anthem

“Nigeria, we hail thee”

National Pledge

“I pledge to Nigeria my country”

• We say it to promise loyalty to Nigeria
• We recite it after singing the anthem
• It shows we will always love our country
• We promise to be faithful and honest

National Currency

• Our money used all over Nigeria
• Has pictures of our national heroes
• Helps us buy things in any Nigerian state
• Shows we are one united country

• Green booklet for traveling abroad

• Shows you are a Nigerian citizen
• Helps you enter other countries
• Proves your Nigerian identity everywhere
