Lesson Content:
What are Leadership Qualities? Leadership qualities are good characteristics or behaviors that make someone a good leader. These are special traits that help leaders take care of their people properly.
Important Qualities of a Good Community Leader:
- CARING: What it means: A caring leader shows love, concern, and kindness to all people in the community.
Examples of Caring:
- Visiting sick people in the community
- Helping poor families with food and clothing
- Making sure children go to school
- Checking on elderly people who live alone
- Providing shelter during emergencies
Why Caring is Important:
- Makes people feel loved and valued
- Builds trust between leader and people
- Encourages people to support the leader
- Creates a happy and united community
- WISE: What it means: A wise leader makes smart decisions and gives good advice based on knowledge and experience.
Examples of Being Wise:
- Thinking carefully before making decisions

Why Wisdom is Important:
