Topic: Standard Toolbar Buttons

Standard Toolbar Buttons

File Operations:

  • New – Creates blank document
  • Open – Opens existing files
  • Save – Protects your work from being lost
  • Print – Makes paper copy of document

Editing Tools:

  • Cut – Removes selected text
  • Copy – Makes duplicate of text
  • Paste – Places copied text elsewhere
  • Undo – Cancels last action
  • Redo – Brings back undone action

Text Formatting:

  • Font – Changes letter style (Arial, Times)
  • Font Size – Makes text bigger (12, 14, 16)
  • Bold (B) – Makes text thick and dark
  • Italic (I) – Makes text slanted
  • Underline (U) – Draws line under text

Text Alignment:

  • Align Left – Text starts from left margin
  • Center – Text goes to middle of page
  • Align Right – Text starts from right margin
  • Justify – Text spreads evenly across page
