Safety Rules in Football:

1. Dress Right

• Wear sports clothes that you can move in
• Put on sports shoes with good grip
• No jewelry or sharp things

2. Play in Safe Places

• Use the school playground or field
• Stay away from roads and cars
• Make sure the ground is clear of stones

3. Be Nice to Everyone

• Do not push or kick other players
• Help friends who fall down
• Share the ball with everyone

4. Follow the Rules

• Listen to your teacher or coach
• Stop playing when whistle blows
• Take turns fairly

5. Take Care of Yourself

• Drink water when you feel thirsty
• Sit and rest if you are tired
• Tell teacher if you get hurt
