Why Love is Important

Love Makes People Happy

Examples of How to Show Love for One Another

In the Family

To Parents:

  • Obey them cheerfully
  • Help with house chores without being asked
  • Say “thank you” for things they do
  • Give them hugs and tell them you love them
  • Listen when they talk to you
  • Don’t argue or complain all the time

To Siblings (Brothers and Sisters):

  • Share your toys and belongings
  • Help them with homework or problems
  • Protect them from bullies
  • Say sorry when you hurt them
  • Play nicely together
  • Celebrate their achievements

To Grandparents and Relatives:

  • Visit them and spend time with them
  • Listen to their stories with interest
  • Help them with tasks they find difficult
  • Remember their birthdays and special days
  • Be patient when they move slowly
  • Show respect for their wisdom

At School

To Classmates:

  • Be kind to everyone, not just your friends
  • Share your lunch with someone who forgot theirs
  • Help struggling students with their work
  • Include lonely children in your games
  • Stand up for those being bullied
  • Encourage others when they feel sad

To Teachers:

  • Pay attention during lessons
  • Follow classroom rules

With Words:

With Actions:
