Revision Passage: “The Garden Helper”

Maya loved spending time in her grandmother’s garden. Every morning, she would water the colorful flowers and help plant new seeds. The garden had red roses, yellow sunflowers, and purple violets.

One day, Maya noticed that some plants looked sick. Their leaves were turning brown and they seemed very thirsty. Maya’s grandmother explained that the plants needed more water and better soil.

Together, they worked hard to save the plants. Maya carried buckets of water while her grandmother added fresh soil. They sang happy songs while they worked. After several days, the plants began to look healthy again.
