What are Rhythmic Activities? Rhythmic activities are movements performed in time with music or a beat. They help develop coordination, timing, and physical fitness.
Types of Rhythmic Activities
- Marching – Walking with regular steps in time to music

- Galloping – Running with long steps like a horse
- Hopping – Jumping on one foot

- Skipping – Step-hop movements
- Singing – Making musical sounds with rhythm
- Dancing – Moving the body in patterns to music
