CONTENT OF THE LESSON

LESSON 1 – INTRODUCTION

IDEA FOR ENVIRONMENT:

A degraded environment is a collection of software running on top of an operating system that allows for the working impaired data interface.

It usually includes everything from how the software runs, work and feel in the style of file Home files, Desktop, and Clipboard.

FINDING FILES FROM THE DESKTOP:

Teacher organizes the pupils in pairs depending on the area of the class or available functional computer systems in the class during lesson teaching.

WINDOW 1:

  1. Click Start to open the Start menu.
  2. In the search programs and files, type the name of the file.
  3. Click on the file from the search results.
  4. Double click the file you want to open.

WINDOW 2 OR OTHER WINDOWS:

  1. Click the Home button at the bottom left corner.
  2. Then choose File Explorer.
  3. Click documents, then double-click on the folder you saved the file in.
  4. You file should appear. Double click on the file to open it.

 

LESSON 2 – FILES SAVED DIRECTLY ON THE DESKTOP

If you saved the file to your desktop, you do not need to go through your home or search function if you know the name of the file.

You can simply minimize all your windows, right-click on empty space then press the first letter of your file or if the file is too much, press Ctrl + F.

Then click on the file from there.

COPY AND PASTE FILES:

To copy computer documents, pictures, or other files from one place to another, follow these steps using a computer:

  1. Highlight or select ctrl + A to select all.
  1. Right click, scroll down to select copy or press ctrl + C. 
  2. Find the file to paste this copy file, then paste.
