How Shaytan Became Our Enemy:

  • All angels obeyed Allah and bowed
  • But Iblīs (Shaytan) refused and became proud

  • Makes us lazy about doing good deeds
  • Makes us proud and disobedient

How to Protect Ourselves from Shaytan

  • Always say “Bismillāh” before doing anything
  • Read Qur’ān every day
  • Remember Allah often (dhikr)
  • Pray five times a day

When Shaytan Whispers:

  • Say “La hawla wa la quwwata illa billāh” (There is no power except with Allah)
  • Think of Allah immediately
  • Do the opposite of what the bad thought says
  • Ask Allah for forgiveness

Why Allah Allows Shaytan to Exist

  • To test our faith and see who truly loves Allah
  • To give us free choice between good and evil
  • To make us stronger when we resist temptation
  • To show that Allah’s guidance is the best path
  • To teach us to depend on Allah for protection

Remember: Shaytan has no power over people who truly believe in Allah and seek His protection.
