Lesson Content:
Who is a Leader? A leader is a person who guides, directs, and shows the way for other people to follow. A leader is someone people look up to and follow.
10 Qualities of Community Leaders:
- Honesty – Always tells the truth
- Kindness – Treats people with love and care
- Fairness – Treats everyone equally
- Courage – Is brave when making difficult decisions
- Wisdom – Makes good and smart choices
- Patience – Does not get angry quickly
- Good listener – Listens to people’s problems
- Helpful – Always ready to help others
- Respectful – Shows respect to everyone
- Trustworthy – People can depend on them
Importance of Good Qualities of Community Leaders:
- People will trust and follow them
- The community will be peaceful
- Problems will be solved fairly
- Everyone will be treated equally
- The community will develop and grow
- People will be happy and satisfied
- Good examples will be set for children
