Dictionary meaning of the given words

  • Phoenix: a mythical bird that is said to live for several hundred years before burning itself to ashes and then rising from the ashes to start a new life. 
  • Bouquet: a bunch of flowers that are tied together and given as a gift or used for decoration. 
  • Naught: nothing, zero, or the absence of something. 
  • Rostrum: a platform or stage used for public speaking or performing. 
  • Housemaid: a female domestic worker who is employed to do cleaning and other household tasks. 
  • Autumn: the season of the year between summer and winter, typically associated with the harvest and the changing colors of leaves on trees. 
  • String: a thin piece of cord or thread, used for tying, binding, or as a musical instrument. 
  • Hyperactive: excessively active or energetic, having difficulty sitting still or focusing.
