Introduction
Paper is one of the most common materials we use for making crafts. Today we will learn different types of paper crafts and how to make them.
Content
What are Paper Crafts? Paper crafts are:
- Beautiful objects made mainly from paper
- Creative works using paper as the main material
- Handmade items that can be useful or decorative
- Easy crafts that children can make
Types of Paper Crafts:
- Paper Fan – for cooling air

Paper Kite – for flying in the wind

Paper Aeroplane – toy that flies
Paper Flower – decorative flowers
Paper Box – for storing things
Greeting Cards – for special messages
Paper Chain – for decoration

Origami – folded paper animals/objects
Materials Needed for Paper Crafts:
- Different types of paper – colored paper, newspaper, cardboard
- Glue or paste – to stick parts together
- Scissors – to cut paper
- Colors – crayons, markers, paints
- Ruler – to measure and draw straight lines
- Pencil – for marking and drawing
Uses of Paper Crafts:
- Decoration – make places look beautiful
- Gifts – give to friends and family
