Simple Statements (telling sentences):

  • My name is John.
  • The sun is bright today.
  • We go to school every morning.
  • The dog barks loudly.

Simple Commands (telling someone to do something):

  • Sit down.
  • Open your book.
  • Close the door.
  • Come here.

Responding to Commands:

  • Command: “Stand up” → Response: stands up
  • Command: “Clap your hands” → Response: claps hands
  • Command: “Write your name” → Response: writes name
