Single Consonants:

  • b, c, d, f, g, h, j, k, l, m, n, p, r, s, t, v, w, x, y, z

Consonant Clusters (two or more consonants together):

  • bl – blow, black, blue, blood
  • cl – clean, class, close, climb
  • fl – fly, flag, flow, floor
  • pl – play, place, plant, please
  • br – bread, bring, brown, bright
  • cr – cry, cross, crowd, crash
  • tr – tree, train, truck, trip

Practice reading:

  1. The black bird can fly very high
  2. Please clean the classroom floor
  3. The brown truck crashed into a tree
