Introduction:

Good morning children! In our homes, we have many things that use electricity to work. These are called electric gadgets. Let us learn about them today.

Lesson Content:

What are Electric Gadgets?

• Electric gadgets are machines that need electricity to work
• They make our work at home easier and faster
• They have plugs or batteries to get power
• We switch them on and off to use them

Electric Gadgets in Different Rooms:

In the Kitchen:

• Electric Kettle: Boils water quickly for tea or coffee
• Blender: Mixes fruits to make juice
• Microwave: Heats food very fast
• Refrigerator: Keeps food cold and fresh
• Electric Stove: Cooks food without fire

In the Living Room:

• Television: Shows programs, movies, and cartoons
• DVD Player: Plays movies from discs
• Radio: Plays music and news
• Electric Fan: Makes us cool when it is hot
• Air Conditioner: Makes room very cool

In the Bedroom:

• Electric Lamp: Gives us light to read
• Alarm Clock: Wakes us up in the morning
• Hair Dryer: Dries wet hair quickly
• Iron: Makes clothes smooth and neat

In the Bathroom:

• Electric Toothbrush: Cleans teeth automatically
• Water Heater: Makes water warm for bathing

• Electric Gate: Opens and closes by itself
