Factors that Promote National Unity:

  1. INTER-MARRIAGE Meaning: Marriage between people from different ethnic groups, religions, or regions.

How it Promotes Unity:

  • Creates family bonds across ethnic lines
  • Produces children who identify with multiple cultures
  • Breaks down stereotypes and prejudices
  • Builds understanding between different groups
