NOTE

CIVIL SOCIETY

Civil society is the wide array of non-governmental and not-for-profit organisations that have a presence in public life, expressing the interests and values of their members or others, based on ethical, cultural, political, scientific, religious or philanthropic considerations.

  1. Oodua People’s Congress(OPC)
  2. Arewa People’s Congress
  3. Ohanaeze Ndigbo
  4. Nigeria Labour Congress(NLC)
  5. Red Cross Society
